A Thai woman nearly chomped off her boyfriend's penis during sex, reports in Thailand say.
But luckily for the man doctors managed to save the nearly-severed organ.
The 56-year-old Belgian man was being treated in hospital for severe injuries after the incident early yesterday in the coastal resort of Pattaya, they said.
"We still don't know the identity of the suspect or whether he wants her to be prosecuted,'' police Lieutenant Colonel Norwich Chulavanich said.
The victim's penis was "severely bitten'' but not severed from his body, he said.
Local media reported that the pair quarrelled after she learned the Belgian man was having an affair with another Thai woman.
Pattaya Memorial hospital said the victim did not want to talk to media and would not give details about the case.
