The husband of singer/songwriter, Becca, has taken to his social media handle to celebrate her after she obtained a masters degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
Dr. Sanni Daniel in a post on Instagram congratulated Becca for the academic achievement, noting that he is proud of her.
Sharing a picture of his wife in her academic gown, he stated “I celebrate you my darling wife @beccafrica. Best Student; Master in Arts Brands and Communications Management. Overall Best Graduating Master Student. 2022 Valedictorian @upsaccra 3.92 GPA.”
Dr. Daniel added that “your tenacity has been rewarded and I am very proud of you baby. You are completely beautiful inside and out.”
Acknowledging his post, Becca noted that she is thankful to him for his support. "You are indeed the true definition of backbone. Thank you for always inspiring me to soar higher. I love you baby."
This comes after Becca, born Rebecca Acheampong, graduated from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) on Tuesday, August 29, 2022.
She was awarded a masters degree in Brands and Communication with a recorded CGPA of 3.92 making her the overall best graduating student and the 2022 valedictorian.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, the ‘Yes I Do’ hitmaker credited her husband for having a hand in her success.
She acknowledged his support and urged other young people to continuously follow their dream.
“Being a mother now, a wife, a career professional and a singer furthering my education seemed quite impossible but thanks to my ever-supporting husband, Dr. Saani Daniel who was always there to remind me that it was very possible, there is nothing you cannot do under the sun if you dare to try,” she said.
Becca noted that “I stand here before you as a testimony and confirmation that if you can dare to dream you can surely have it. I really hope someone out there can be inspired by me or by this and challenge for even high and better.”
