Nsoatreman FC will aim to secure all three points when they host Aduana FC in a highly anticipated Bono derby at the Nana Kronmansah Park on Saturday, November 16, 2024, as part of match week 11 of the Ghana Premier League (GPL).
Yaw Preko’s side started the season strongly but has experienced a dip in form, recording three consecutive losses, one win, and two draws in their last six games.
Nsoatreman have scored 10 goals this season but faces defensive struggles, ranking as the second-highest club for goals conceded, with 13.
Currently sitting 13th on the league table with 11 points, the “Efiri Tete Amananso” lads will rely on their impressive home form. They have turned their home ground into a fortress, registering three wins and two draws at the Nana Kronmansah Park.
Aduana FC, meanwhile, enters the derby with renewed confidence after a 1-0 victory over Karela United in game week 10.
The two-time GPL champions are currently 11th on the table, two places above their hosts, but have struggled on the road, failing to win any away fixtures this season (two draws and three defeats). The “Ogya Boys” are determined to end their away struggles and secure a win in Nsuatre, hoping to climb further up the standings.
Since Nsoatreman’s promotion to the GPL, they have recorded two victories over Aduana FC—a record they will aim to extend in this derby showdown.
