Amanda Clinton has tasted the true meaning of infamous, or famous, Ghanaian phrase 'fear delegates'.
The saying is credited to Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, aka Sir John, of the New Patriotic Party, having said so in an interview following an internal party elections some years ago.
On Friday, presidential hopeful Clinton, in the Ghana Football Association elections, expected her cries of acceptance to translate into thumbprints.
By the time vote counting was done, she could only wonder what might have been.
She had zero votes.
