The national male Rugby team, Eagles, on Wednesday, presented the Rugby Africa Men’s Sevens Challenge trophy to one of their main sponsors Sunda International.  The team were at the office of Sunda International in Accra to present the trophy they won in South Africa and also thank the Chinese company for their unflinching support to Ghana Rugby.  Despite suffering defeat in their first game at the tournament, the Eagles braved the odds to beat Morocco to clinch the Challenge trophy.  Presenting the trophy to Sunda International, head Coach of the team Lovemore Kuzorera commended the company for their continuous support. “We thank the company for the support we’ve received over the years. We wouldn’t have won the Challenge Trophy with the support of Sunda International. We hope to win more laurels for Ghana in future tournaments” Receiving the trophy, Managing Director of Sunda International Isaac Hu praised the Eagles for their achievement and reiterated the company’s commitment to supporting Ghana Rugby. The Eagles now ranked 9th on the continent, turn their attention to the crucial Cup of Nations qualifier.
