Telecommunications company MTN Ghana has apologised to subscribers in Ghana for fluctuations in data services and international outbound calls experienced on Thursday.
This follows numerous complaints by subscribers about their inability to undertake transactions over the internet.
Some took to social media to make their concerns known.

Meanwhile, MTN Ghana has blamed the disruptions on “international undersea fiber cable cut.”
In a statement issued by the Corporate Communication of MTN, the company assured customers that it is in the process of solving the problem to help boost user experience.
“Our engineers are working to resolve the challenge. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.”
