WAEC will conduct the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) for private candidates from February 10 to February 14, 2020
In a statement from the council, 2,154 males and 944 will take part in this examination.
The examination is both for certification and selection into Senior High Schools and Technical Institutes in Ghana.
It consists of candidates who previously sat for BECE but could not make the required grade(s) and first-time candidates who must be 16 years and above.
This year’s exams will be written in 11 centres across the country.
The council expressed good wishes to candidates and urged supervisors and invigilators to be sharp-eyed during the examination.
