Six of the 10 reported cases of Covid-19 in Northern region have tested negative after treatment, health officials say.
The patients can however, not be declared fully recovered until they have undergone a second round of testing with the results remaining negative.
Dr John Eleeza, the Regional Director of the Ghana Health Service disclosed this at a press briefing on Thursday in the regional capital, Tamale.

He said three of the patients still tested positive and are, therefore, still under treatment.
One of the patients, who absconded from the treatment centre is still on the run.
