Amicus update.
Supreme Court says, our amicus brief was filed so late. That we should have filed a new application and finally our amicus supports one party so we can’t file it.
We are disappointed but we hear. We wanted to help, the august Court says no. Final judicial power means final judicial power.
We will continue to assist from the sidelines, in the public arena, as we have always done. Expect us to publish a variety of carefully researched analysis on various aspects of the case, including the new, and thoroughly incoherent, demographic claims being pushed by the Attorney General. Relentless in the service of the nation!
