Former President John Mahama has urged voters to be vigilant at their various polling stations during the election period.
The NDC presidential candidate made the call during his tour of the Upper East Region where he also urged voters to come out in their numbers to vote in his favor.
"Change is now on December 7. It's less than two weeks to go and so everybody get ready...make sure you are vigilant at your polling stations. Everybody must be active," he said.
He was speaking during his three-day tour of the Upper East Region to canvass support for his second term bid.
Mr Mahama asked voters to vote based on achievements of his previous term.
During his various tours, he touted his achievements in various sectors of the economy including education, mining, infrastructure, among others.
While ending his tour of the Upper East Region Tuesday, Mr Mahama urged voters not to relax on election day because of the presence of party agents at various polling stations.
"Don't say because you have two party agents you'll go home and sleep. You also canvass pull people to the polling station and come and vote.
"We must get every single ballot that we can and I know that victory will be ours," he said.
