Award-winning rapper, Eno Barony has disclosed that her new single, 'God is a Woman' highlights the power of women.
Speaking in an interview with JoyNews' Becky, the recently crowned Best Rapper at the 3Music Awards said women represent a lot of positive things which needed to be emphasised.
“When I say God is a woman, I don't mean biblically. I look at the many attributes of women including their bodies serving as food for babies after birth with all the beautiful emotions. What women represent makes it look like they are "God" on earth. She added that when it comes to rap music, she is the "God"!
“I’m also saying God is a woman musically because, currently, the "God" of rap music is a woman and that’s Eno Barony”
Born Ruth Eno Adjoa Amankwah Nyame Adom in Tema, the rapper announced her arrival on the country's music scene with the release of her debut single, 'Tonga' in 2014.
