Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta delivers 2022 mid-year budget review

Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta was today in Parliament to present the 2022 budget statement.
Prior to this, the Minister had hinted that the budget will be heavy on job creation and entrepreneurship.
While some institutions urged government to remove taxes on petroleum products, others contested the expected removal of port clearing discounts on some selected goods.
Reports from JoyBusiness revealed that Mr Ofori-Atta could announce some new taxes in the budget.
Mr Ofori-Atta today announced if government has captured the concerns of many in its budget statement for the 2022 fiscal year.
