A Non-Governmental Organisation, Blossom Waters Healthcare Foundation (BWHF) has put smiles on the faces of more than 600 children at the Korle Bu Child's Health Department.
The charitable event which saw beneficiaries get some assorted fruits and other Santa giveaways was in line with the core mandate of the Foundation.
The team interacted with some of the kids on admission and had fun with them.

They also encouraged some of the parents who had their wards on admission to keep hope alive and have faith in God’s healing grace.
The Founder of the NGO, Mavis Durowaa Bamfo, reiterated that the Foundation is committed to bringing quality healthcare to the doorsteps of rural folks.
In attendance of the donation event were, Surgeon at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Dr Yaw Amoah, Supt.Pharmacist of Ream Pharmacy and the Secretary of the Foundation; Priscilla Asareduah Kwofie, Dr Richmond Armah, Samuel Boakye, Joycelyn Bamfo, Franca Tabi-Manu and Kwabena Mensah.

Acting Deputy Director of Nursing Services at Korle Bu, Joyce Oppong-Ayisi and her other colleagues stood in for the Child health department and received the Blossom Waters Healthcare Foundation's donations.
BWHF is a registered non- governmental organisation and a charitable society with the mandate of providing quality healthcare services to the needy and vulnerable especially pregnant women and children in the Ghanaian deprived rural communities through periodic free medical screening Outreaches.
This is to compliment the efforts of the government and other health stakeholders in increasing the accessibility of quality Healthcare for all, irrespective of the economic and geographical conditions.
