A misunderstanding between aspirants for positions at the polling station level and NPP Kwadaso executives on Saturday morning resulted in a stalemate with regard to issuance of nomination forms.
From 195 polling stations, they came to pick the nomination forms to contest the upcoming internal elections.
Some members accused executives of alleged conspiracy to compile a new party album without resorting to due process.
The angry party members had to chase the Constituency Chairman, Bonah Boadi, to release the nomination forms.
The members, who were all optimistic of winning the upcoming elections, were left stranded because the Constituency Chairman, who has access to the nomination forms was seeking refuge at the Suntrenso Police Command.
It took the intervention of the Police to resolve the confusion and the nomination forms were distributed to the agitated party faithful.

Later, Mr. Boadi returned to the party office and spoke to the party members to calm down.

Between February 19 and February 29, 2022, the party has opened nominations for interested members to contest at the polling station level.
