The Black Maidens of Ghana have left the shores of the country ahead of their crucial FIFA Under-17 Women's World Cup qualifier game against Guinea.
Baba Nuhu's side edged out Senegal, beating them with a 4-0 aggregate scoreline in the previous round of qualifiers before setting up a clash with Guinea in the third round of the qualifiers for a place at the Mundial.
The game with Guinea is scheduled for Saturday, April 16 at the Stade General Lansana Conte de Nongo in Conakry with the return encounter happening at the Cape Coast Stadium on April 30.
Team Ghana are hoping for a seventh appearance at the World Cup since the inception of the competition in 2008. The 2022 edition will take place in India.
