Former Black Stars midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, has been named as part of a star-studded list to take part in next month's African Nations Championship (CHAN) draw.
The draw is scheduled to take in Algiers, Algeria on Saturday, October 1, 2022. The event will be conducted live at the Opera House of Algiers at 18:00 GMT.
Ghana will return to the tournament next year after beating Nigeria on penalties at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja last month.
Badu was part of Ghana's squad for the first edition of the CHAN in Côte d'Ivoire in 2009, where Ghana finished as runners up.
The list include Mohamed Nasnoush (Libya), Aymen Mathlouthi (Tunisia) and Robert Kidiaba (DR Congo), who are all goalkeepers.
Albelmoumene Djabou (Algeria), Hytham Mustafa and Mohamed Tahir (Sudan) and Badu are the others also invited for the draw.
