The need for good leadership is a global phenomenon and good leadership is critical for Ghana, simply because everything rises and falls on leadership.
Good leadership differentiates prospering nations from those that are not, and that is why leadership must be everyone’s business.
As a nation, Ghana needs to be intentional about raising and grooming leaders with the integrity of heart, the strength of character and unquestionable competence to form a critical mass for selfless nation-building that benefits the larger society. That is why Live2Lead is happening in Ghana, and around the globe.
What is Live2Lead and why must you care?
Live2Lead is an annual leadership conference organized by the John Maxwell Team in Atlanta, USA and broadcasted globally. The conference is happening live on Friday, October 7, 2022, and will be simulcasted here in Ghana.
Who is speaking and why you must attend?
Living in the world today, you will agree that the need for a critical mass of leaders with character, competence and compassion has become an urgent need and Live2Lead has chosen to respond to this call.
The theme for this year is “Leading with Integrity for the Common Good.”

This leader development experience has over the past eight years helped to shift paradigms and shaped the mindsets of participants as they always leave with practical tools and key takeaways; this year’s will keep the same promise.
Why must you care?
Leaders that lead with integrity are an absolute need for Ghana because our society is bedevilled with many challenges on every front. It is therefore important that we raise and train leaders (across generations) to serve our country well, both in the private and public sectors.
With the line-up of speakers who are trailblazers in their niches, John Maxwell and the various high calibre speakers will teach relevant and applicable leadership tools to equip participants with new perspectives and renewed energy to live and lead differently.
