The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has joined the scores of well wishers, who have extended goodwill to the Black Stars, ahead of their first World Cup match.
In a flyer expressing his well wishes, the NDC's chief scribe said he believes in the fortunes of the senior national team.
According to him, 'great things are achieved by those who believe in the power of team work'.
On that note, he charged the team to excel in the tournament; wishing them the very best of luck.
"Let's go Ghana! All the best of Luck!! Shine on Ghana!!!", he added.

The message from the NDC stalwart ties into a host of other well wishes, which have come from many prominent Ghanaians including the Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
In an earlier development yesterday, he sent his goodwill messages to the Black Stars in a stylish video, which got tongues wagging on social media.
Displaying the famous rainbow flick, the Vice President urged the Stars to brace themselves to face any opponent they come against.
Prior to this, former President, John Dramani Mahama had earlier written some words of encouragement on his Facebook wall, to ignite the hopes of the Black Stars.
In his post, he said the Black Stars have a 'unique brand' of football, and therefore he is hopeful the team will dazzle at this year's FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The Black Stars will begin their 2022 World Cup today at 16:00 GMT when they come face to face with Portugal in the first match of Group H.
The first time these two sides met in a World Cup match, the Portuguese won by two goals to one.
This was in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
But despite the odds being against the Black Stars, coach Otto Addo, says his team have what it takes to give a decent account of themselves in today's fixture at the 40,000 capacity Stadium 974 in Doha.
Meanwhile, President Akufo-Addo jetted off last night to go and inspire the team ahead of today's clash.
The President is expected to stir the morale of Otto Addo's twenty-six man squad who say there are battle ready.
