Some men who are less successful feel mostly intimidated by successful women.
They assume such women override what they have and sometimes consider them incapable.
However, these sterotypes in many cases are far from the truth especially since some of these successful independent women may love to be in a relationship with any man.
Why should a man in an African community who is supposed to be authoritative feel intimidated by a woman? Should that be the case?
Oliver, who represents ‘Muscled’ on Joy Prime’s all-male show, BMPS, has some advice for men who feel intimidated by successful women.
He urged such men to be courageous and provide positive suggestions that help improve the woman’s career.
Oliver explained that when these men support their partners, they also benefit from it.
"Let go of your pride; tap into it. Use your knowledge, wisdom, and whatever you have to back her up so that you can also build on that rather than saying, 'I’m afraid,' and then you become envious," he advised.
Oliver further admonished men to dismiss the "poor" mentality of affiliating with only people of their class. They, he stated, should associate with high-morale people to help them develop themselves.
He believes all women are attracted to men who are supportive when it comes to their physical and financial well-being.
"Get closer, tap into the blessing, become successful, make money, and enjoy it," he added.
Join Kofi Hayford, the host, who doubles as ‘Potbellied’ among the panel, and his correlative men, Nanye Kofi, who represents 'Bald,' and Oliver Rockson Prempeh, who portrays ‘Muscled’ and Samuel Nana Yaw Berima-Poxieble, who is ‘Skinny’ to learn more about exciting and interesting men-related topics.
The BMPS airs every Friday at 9:00pm on your ultimate experience television, Joy Prime.
