Thousands of Teshie residents have taken to the streets to express their dissatisfaction with the deplorable condition of their roads.
In a display of frustration, the concerned townfolk from the Ledzokuku Krowor constituency gathered to protest the situation.

The roads in the town have severely deteriorated, becoming a major issue that raises significant concerns among commuters who are negatively affected in their daily lives.
On Tuesday morning, the angry residents were observed in large numbers, wearing red attire and holding placards while chanting war songs.

The messages on the placards include "Our roads look like galamsey sites," "Potholes endanger our lives," and "Our women are experiencing miscarriages," among others.
The M33ba Teshie demonstration to wit 'Why Teshie' started from the Adjorman Roundabout is expected to end at Teshie-Maamli.
According to the Assembly Member for Teshie-Nungua Estate South, Tahiru Alhassan, several attempts to get the Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly to fix the road have proven futile.
Some of the notable roads which they say are in a terrible state include Teshie Estate Road, Zongo-Junction Road, Adom to Grader Estate Road, Kuala Street, Agbleza Road, Maate Tsulu Road among others.
