Each visitor to Safari Valley Eco Resort in Adukrom returns with an abundance of praise for their experience.
Situated in the Okere district of the Eastern Region, this facility stands as a testament to the aspiration of seamlessly blending luxury with environmental awareness.
This haven of nature, located just outside Accra, has become a popular destination for Ghanaians seeking relaxation.

The resort's commitment to eco-friendliness is underlined by the integration of solar panels, complementing their efforts to minimize their environmental impact.
However, certain activities within the resort, reliant on the national power grid, have encountered a few hurdles.
The management of Safari Valley Eco Resort is appealing to the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) for assistance to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to their esteemed clientele.
This was made known during a September 29 edition of the Joy Super Morning Show which was broadcast from the resort.
Speaking on the show, Board Chairman Ernest Gyakyi was hopeful that challenges with the high cost of power would be resolved.
According to him, the resort which is purely a private project and contributes about GHs400,000 in electricity bills to ECG monthly.
On the back of this, Mr Gyakie believes ECG must be receptive to the resort's management in creating an enabling environment to do business.
"ECG our transformers need to be upgraded. We needed to have been on 500-kilowatt transformers. They did not have them installed. They installed two 350 kilowatts. Now when we are near full capacity, they don't work and we have to go to our generator sets," he explained.
"So anyone with influence at ECG, we need help."
