President and Founder of the Afro-Arab Group of Companies, Alhaji Salamu Amadu is set to host the flagbearers of Ghana's leading political parties for the upcoming International Youth Day on August 12, 2024.
Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), and Former President John Mahama, the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), will join the Zongo Youth Ambassador for Peace and Development in this significant event.
"The Zongo youth will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama, NDC Presidential Candidate, and His Excellency Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, NPP Presidential Candidate," Ambassador Amadu announced.
The plight of Zongo communities is marked by challenges such as unemployment, drug abuse, poor housing conditions, inadequate sanitation, lack of social amenities, insufficient schools, and poor road infrastructure.
