The Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has disclosed it is assessing security vulnerabilities at the country’s border points and specific incidents of alleged bribery.
This follows the incidents captured in JoyNews' latest documentary ‘Porous Borders’ by Kwetey Nartey.
The exposé revealed how some traders bribe customs officials to smuggle goods from neighboring countries into Ghana.

In a statement released by the GRA, it indicated that an investigative team has been set up to commence a probe into the findings of the exposé.
