Ghanaian celebrity and lifestyle blogger, Ameyaw Debrah has publicly shared that, he put dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale on a 10-year ban list for threatening his life.
Speaking on Joy Learning's Career Trail programme, he disclosed this information in response to a question on whether or not he faces media attacks as a blogger.
According to Ameyaw Debrah, he received a call from the dancehall artiste, accusing him of constantly publishing negative stories about him.
Along with this charge, the blogger further disclosed that Shatta Wale threatened him to cease publications about him if he valued his life.

"I blacklisted Shatta Wale over a number of years because there was a time he called that, he felt that I didn’t like him on my website. We talked about him negatively and said if I value my life, I shouldn’t write about him. So I blacklisted him thereof for over 10 years," he narrated.
He however clarified that, the ban has been lifted, allowing his team to publish stories about him, and that since then, he has not received any further threats from the dancehall artiste.
Ameyaw Debrah finally noted that aside from this incident, he rarely faces media attacks.
