Enterprise Insurance, Ghana’s oldest and most trusted insurance company, has once again proven its leadership in the non-life insurance industry by winning the prestigious Overall General Insurance Company of the Year award for the third consecutive time at the 4th edition of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG) Excellence Awards.
This remarkable achievement comes during the company's 100th year, making it a truly special milestone in its rich history.
The CIIG Excellence Awards was held under the theme "Excellence in a Customer-Centric Profession." The awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of individuals and organizations in the insurance industry who demonstrate exceptional customer service, innovation, and professional excellence.
For Enterprise Insurance, this year’s awards not only underscore the company's commitment to excellence but also highlights the strength and dedication of its team.
In addition to the company’s top honor, three outstanding staff members were recognized for their exceptional contributions to the industry:
Daniel Tutu-Boateng was named Claims Professional of the Year, a testament to his dedication to ensuring prompt and fair claims settlement, which is a cornerstone of our customer service philosophy.
Isaac Adu received the award for Professional Underwriter of the Year. His expertise in risk assessment and management has been instrumental in maintaining our reputation for reliability and precision in underwriting.
Mary Ampofowa Botwe Odai was honoured as Insurance Agent of the Year, recognissng her relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction and her ability to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
"These accolades reflected the hard work and commitment of every member of the Enterprise Insurance team, whose collective efforts have ensured that we continue to set the benchmark for excellence in Ghana’s insurance industry", the company in a release said.
