Clinton Yeboah, a budding journalist with Multimedia Group Limited (MGL), has been named Best Student Journalist at the 28th Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Media Awards.
The prestigious event, held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, recognised his exceptional journalistic skills and potential within the media industry.
Mr Yeboah, who recently graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology pursued his studies while actively contributing to MGL’s journalism, and impressed the GJA panel with his insightful stories, investigative flair, and commitment to journalistic integrity.

His work has consistently demonstrated a strong grasp of storytelling and research, setting him apart from his peers.
In his acceptance speech, Clinton Yeboah expressed gratitude to the GJA, his lecturers, and MGL for their guidance and support.
He dedicated the award to aspiring young journalists, encouraging them to pursue their passions with diligence and dedication, regardless of the challenges.
The 28th GJA Media Awards celebrated excellence in various categories, with Clinton Yeboah’s win as Best Student Journalist reaffirming the association's commitment to nurturing young talents who will shape the future of journalism in Ghana.
