Ghanaian actress, Rose Mensah, popularly known as Kyeiwaa, has advised young people not to underestimate the impact of education.
In a video she shared on her Instagram page, she recounted some challenges she faced as a result of her low educational level when she relocated to the United States of America.
"As you keep refusing to go to school, you might not see the effects today. You might experiences in future when you travel abroad.
If your mother is working hard to fend for you so that you get educated, pay attention and go to school. Don't say you won't go to school. You might not feel the impact today," she said in the video.
"If you don't go to school, you might not be able to communicate in English just like me. I have been through it, that is why I am advising you," she added.
Kyeiwaa is known for her roles in movies such as Akurasi Burgers, The Code of Money and Death, Akonoba, Cross Road, Abebrese, Ogyam, among others.
