The Member of Parliament for Odododiodoo, Edwin Nii Lante Vanderpuye, has expressed strong optimism about a decisive victory for John Dramani Mahama in the forthcoming 2024 general elections.
According to him, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer is poised to secure widespread support from voters across the country.
Speaking in an interview with Citi FM on Wednesday, 27th November, Mr Vanderpuye projected a landslide win for Mr Mahama, citing the NDC’s momentum and public dissatisfaction with the current administration.
He highlighted the party’s robust campaign strategy and its appeal to diverse demographics as key factors in their anticipated success.
The Odododiodoo legislator stressed that the NDC’s policies resonate with the needs of Ghanaians, particularly in addressing challenges such as economic hardship and governance issues.
He noted that these concerns have galvanised widespread support for Mr Mahama’s vision for the nation.
“John Mahama will already be a president in 2025. Even before the ballot is cast. You need to hear what Ghanaians are saying. I don’t just give predictions and it fails."
“Let me tell you this: It is obvious, it is clear wherever we have been, John Mahama is winning these elections hands down,” he said.
