The Chief Executive Officer of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah, has confirmed that popular Ghanaian artiste Kuami Eugene is no longer signed to his label.
In an interview with DJ Slim on Daybreak Hitz, Richie Mensah responded to a question about Kuami Eugene's status with the record label.
Asked if Kuami is no longer with Lynx, he replied: "Yes, that's public knowledge."
His comment confirms that Kuami Eugene had exited the Lynx label after being signed for eight (8) years.
In October 2024, Kuami Eugene dispelled rumours that he had left Lynx Entertainment. According to him, if he leaves Lynx, he and the record label will release an official communication to that effect.
“People are so impatient on social media. If there was an official exit like everyone is talking about, I’ve not put anything out, Lynx has not put anything out and people are just trying to end our contact for us.
At the end of the day, if we are close to the level where we feel like 'okay Kuami is no longer with Lynx and he is done', we will put it out for everyone to know,” he said.
In the meantime, Richie has revealed the artistes that are currently signed to Lynx Entertainment are KiDi, DJ Vyrusky, and DSL.
Some musicians who have worked with Lynx in the past are Eazzy, O.J Blaq, Zigi, Asem and Irene Logan.
