Multiple award-winning songstress Efya (Jane Awindor) has announced that her next album will be ready within the next two years.
Following a busy 2024, Efya hints that a few songs will be released in 2025, ahead of the album's release in the coming years.
"We've been traveling a lot, trying to take our music worldwide, and we plan to do even more of that in the upcoming year," she told JoyNews' Becky.
"We'll begin working on the album, which will take about a year, so we expect to release the album within the next two years. In the meantime, we'll be releasing singles in 2025, which are already prepared, so stay tuned."
Efya is a Ghanaian singer, songwriter, and actress hailing from Kumasi. Efya rose to fame following her participation in the inaugural Stars of the Future.
Between 2011 and 2014, she won four consecutive Ghana Music Awards for Best Female Vocal Performance. With three albums and hit singles like Best in Me, Little Things, and Super Super to her name, Efya continues to spread love and positivity through her music.
