The University of Media, Arts and Communication – Institute of Journalism (UniMAC-IJ) will host a seminar on Ghana's cultural identity as part of the Ghana Month celebrations.
This event is spearheaded by the Department of Integrated Social Sciences, UniMAC-IJ.
The seminar, themed "Ghana's Cultural Identity: Weaving Together Our Past, Present, and Future," is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 10 am at the South Dzorwulu campus in Accra.
Osagyefo Anye Amoanpong Tabrako III, the paramount chief and president of the Wenchi Traditional Council, is special guest of honour.
The seminar aims to explore Ghana's rich cultural heritage and its evolution through history.
The discussion will highlight how traditions, values, and historical experiences shape the nation's identity and influence its future.
