Representatives from Adom Brands of the Multimedia Group Limited (MGL) on Thursday, April 24, 2025, commiserated with Adom TV/FM presenter, Joyce Akumaa Dongotey Padi, popularly known as Akumaa Mama Zimbi, over the death of her mother, Agnes Maamle Dongotey.
The delegation was led by the General Manager of Adom Brands, Abdulai Awudu.
Also present were Adom FM Programmes Manager, Joshua Tigo; Afia Amankwaa Tamakloe; Abena Opokua Ahwenee; Chief Jerry Forson; Jerry Justice, Sports Editor, Events & Thought Leadership; Nathaniel Attoh, Adom TV Channel Coordinator; Kobby Eshun; and Vincent Lawson, Corporate Resources Assistant – Transport Unit.

Host of Ofie Kwanso, Jerry Justice, on behalf of management, expressed heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family and assured them of the company’s support during this difficult time.

For her part, Akumaa expressed her gratitude to the team for the visit and the kind words.
The funeral rites of Madam Agnes are scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025.

The burial service will take place at the New Achimota Christ the King Congregation Presbyterian Church, and the funeral will be held at the Achimota Astroturf Mile 7 Park.

She will be interred at the Somanya Awudime Ebenezer Presbyterian Cemetery.

The dress code for the funeral on Saturday is black and white attire, while the thanksgiving service on Sunday will be an all-white event.
