Medeama SC continued their recent good run in the Ghana Premier League following their win over Vision FC.
The Tarkwa-based side recorded a 3-1 win at the TNA Stadium on Friday night on matchday 30 of the top flight.
Medeama had a strong start to the game after Kingsley Braye scored after just two minutes into the game.
That lead, however, didn’t last long as the away side drew level immediately. Daniel Yemoh scored in the fifth to make it 1-1.
Both teams went into the break with the game at 1-1.
Ibrahim Tanko’s side were back in the lead after the recess with Black Stars defender Kamaradini Mamudu scoring his third goal in two games to restore their advantage.
Despite a spirited effort, Vision were unable to get back into the game.
Medeama, utilized their home advantage late in the game when Abdul Salam came off the bench to score with just minutes away from the full time whistle.
With the 3-1 win, Medeama climb to fifth in the league table with 47 points while Vision sit 14th.
