Serie A side Atalanta are reportedly closing in on a summer move for Ghanaian international Kamaldeen Sulemana.
The Italian outfit is looking to sign the forward from Championship side Southampton, with the negotiations between the two clubs said to be progressing. '
Per the reports, the deal for Kamaldeen is expected to cost Atalanta €17m, with the player looking to reunite with his former manager Ivan Juric.
Kamaldeen played loads of games following the arrival of Juric at Southampton in the 2024/25 season, starting 17 of the 26 Premier League games he featured.
During that time, the Ghanaian scored once while also providing one assist, averaging 55 minutes per game in the English top flight.
The winger has been linked with a move away from England this transfer window, with Italy looking increasingly likely to be his next destination.
