Joseph Addae Akwaboa, the Bono Regional Minister has cautioned staff of the Dormaa East District Assembly against sabotaging the implementation of government policies and programmes.
He said the government required the collective support of all to advance its reset agenda, warning that staff of the Assembly who would frustrate the government businesses would be sanctioned accordingly.
Mr Akwaboa gave the caution when addressing a meeting assembly at Wamfie, as part of his familiarization tour in the region.
He asked the assembly personnel to bury their political differences, saying “we are here to work for the progressive development of the district” emphasizing that without their collective support it would be difficult for the district to develop.
Mr Akwaboa also advised them to adhere to work ethics and asked the assembly to also motivate the employees as well.
Madam Rachel Owusuaa, the Member of Parliament for the Dormaa East Constituency called on the assembly staff to remain committed to the holistic development of the district.
