MTN Ghana, in partnership with Absa Bank Ghana and NOVA Business School Africa, has successfully graduated 50 Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from its inaugural Mini MBA programme.
The programme, designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to remain competitive in today's fast-paced business, had a colourful ceremony during the weekend at the Palms By Eagles Accra Hotel at the Airport City in Accra.

The participants were presented with certificates and packages from MTN.
This 13-week initiative aimed to enhance business performance, strengthen leadership, and accelerate digital readiness across Ghana's SME sector.
The programme covered key areas such as business strategy, leadership, finance, marketing, digital transformation, innovation, and growth planning. Participants represented diverse industries, including manufacturing, retail, agribusiness, logistics, consultancy, and digital services.

MTN Ghana's Chief Enterprise Officer, Angela Mensah-Poku, emphasised the programme's alignment with MTN's mandate to ensure no business is left behind in Ghana's financial and digital transformation.
Graduates demonstrated exceptional commitment to personal and business transformation, attending weekend sessions both online and in person.
MTN Ghana plans to institutionalise the Mini MBA as an annual flagship programme, creating opportunities for more SMEs nationwide.

"There is nothing small about the businesses in this room.
You employ people, generate revenue, and contribute directly to our nation's growth," Angela Mensah-Poku, MTN Ghana's Chief Enterprise Officer said.
