Nigerian actress, Regina Daniels, has finally surrendered herself to a drug test.
Sharing a video of herself at the hospital on Instagram, she said, “Hi guys, so I’m here at the hospital, I’m about to run my drug test.”
This came nearly three months after she was accused of substance abuse by her husband and politician, Senator Ned Nwoko.
Regina Daniels had in October 2025 called out Ned Nwoko over alleged domestic violence and abuse.
Ned, who denied the allegations, also accused the actress of substance abuse. Stating that he has Regina’s medical records.
Also speaking amid Regina’s messy breakup with Ned, her co-wife, Laila Charani, claimed the actress introduced her to drugs.
Amid the controversy, an alleged medical report by Serenity Royale Hospital showing toxic levels of marijuana, morphine, opiates, cocaine, and alcohol in her system surfaced online.
Denying leaking Regina laboratory tests, Serenity Royale Hospital said, “We wish to state clearly that the publication containing classified information of Mrs Nwoko Regina did not emanate from us and respectfully request the public to disregard same.”
