The 2026 Joy FM Big Workout will take place at the University of Ghana Stadium car park on Saturday, January 31, 2026, bringing together corporate Ghana and the public for a high-energy morning of fitness, health, and renewal.
After weeks of festive indulgence and well-earned rest, the new year presents an opportunity to reset. It's an opportunity to exercise and network.
Participation is free. To register, call or WhatsApp 0549126905
Activities will begin early, with participants assembling at 5:00 a.m. at the University of Ghana Stadium for a health walk designed to energise both body and mind.
The carefully mapped route will take participants through UPSA, past Trinity Church, on to the Bawaleshie traffic light, before turning right at Okponglo and returning to the stadium. Every step will serve as a reminder that intentional movement is the foundation of healthy living.

The energy will rise further upon return to the stadium, where top-class fitness instructors will lead high-impact aerobics sessions set to music, pushing limits, lifting spirits, and transforming exercise into a shared, joy-filled experience.
Beyond the workout, the event will deliver tangible health benefits.
Joy FM’s Big Workout is built on a simple belief: people thrive when they exercise together. Group workouts foster discipline, consistency, and motivation are key ingredients for sustainable healthy lifestyles, while strengthening bonds within families, workplaces, and communities.

Corporate organisations are encouraged to participate fully branded in their corporate colours, turning the venue into a vibrant display of unity, team spirit, and wellness in motion.
With the Big Workout 2026, Joy FM is once again championing a powerful message: a healthier Ghana begins with movement, intention, and collective action.
Come ready. Come early. Come alive.
