Kasa Properties, a leading real estate developer in Ghana, has paid a courtesy call on the Accra Regional Minister, Linda Ocloo, as part of its stakeholder engagement ahead of the launch of Prime Accra, a luxury residential development in the Airport Residential Area.
The visit was led by Belo Cida Haruna, Commercial Director of Kasa Properties, reflecting the strategic and investment-focused nature of the engagement.
Discussions highlighted current trends in Accra real estate, including rising demand for premium, well-located residential developments from local and diaspora investors. The meeting also emphasised the importance of aligning private sector initiatives with urban planning priorities to ensure sustainable growth in the city.

“Prime Accra represents our vision for private, exclusive, luxury, modern living in Accra,” said Haruna. “Our focus is on delivering residential spaces that combine design excellence, functionality, and long-term value for discerning buyers and investors.”
The engagement forms part of Kasa Properties’ broader strategy to foster public-private collaboration, strengthen institutional relationships, and contribute to the growth of Accra’s high-end real estate sector.
As the capital continues to attract domestic and international investment, structured partnerships between government and private developers are increasingly vital to shaping the future of the city’s urban landscape.
