The Western North Regional Communication Bureau of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has expressed unwavering confidence in Kwabena Mintah Akandoh’s ability to deliver exceptional leadership and transformative policies as Minister of Health-designate.
In a statement signed by the Regional Communications Officer, Sam Kwaku Jerome, the bureau lauded Mr Akandoh’s nomination as a testament to his dedication, diligence, and significant contributions to the health sector.
“The region is confident that your tenure as Minister of Health will be marked by unparalleled excellence, transformative leadership, and impactful policies that will further enhance healthcare delivery across the nation,” the statement read.
The bureau emphasised Mr Akandoh’s proven commitment to public service and expressed optimism about his ability to address pressing healthcare challenges, including improving infrastructure, expanding access to essential services, and enhancing overall healthcare delivery in Ghana.
The statement also acknowledged the efforts of Chairman Michael Aidoo in recommending Akandoh for the role and expressed hope that others who have supported the party and region will be recognized for their contributions.
“We wish to thank Chairman Michael Aidoo for the recommendation and hope all others will be rewarded,” the statement added.
