The Leader of Ajagurajah Movement Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, popularly known as Ajagurajah, has said that the rift between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale is a good for the music industry.
Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Ajagurajah mentioned that Black Sherif should pray that the two music Ghanaian music giants to remain at loggerheads with each other.
According to him, their beef has created a market for Black Sherif to thrive, explaining that the Konongo singer draws his fanbase from the two feuding camps.
“If Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy were friends, Blacko would have never blown as an artiste. Blacko should thank God that Shatta and Stonebwoy are beefing each other. Black Sherif does not have listeners. His listeners are both fans of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy,” he said.
Ajagurajah also mentioned that other artists are also taking advantage of their misunderstanding to penetrate the music market.
“Other artistes are also breaking through because of their beef,” he noted.
According to the man of God, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy will never end their fight because of the spiritual battle behind the towns they represent.
Ajagurajah categorically stated that their beef goes way beyond their musical domination and transcends to the spiritual fight between Ashaiman and Nima.
“The spirit that looks after Ashaiman and Nima are at loggerheads and it goes way back to how Kwame Nkrumah designed these two towns to be. Shatta and Stonebwoy will never unite and it’s the best for the industry.”
