Ghanaian rapper Lyrical Joe will be performing at this year's edition of Blackout Concert, slated for 28th December, 2024 at the G Unit Plus Hotel in Somanya.
Lyrical Joe, together with other artistes, will be supporting Korley Black, a fast-rising hiphop and Afrobeats artiste from Somanya on the fourth edition of his annual concert.
On the day of the concert, tricycle riders will flood the streets of Somanya with what they call the Pragya Convoy.
During last year’s event, Korley Black put up a spectacular performance, while appearing on a two-storey high wall.
This year’s event will be held at G Unit Plus Hotel on Saturday, 28th December, 2024.

The MC for the event is rapper Don Itchi who is also the host of Kasahare Level on Adom FM.

Korley Black’s songs are usually in Dangme, English and Twi.
Blackout Concert, has since its inception in 2021, become the biggest yearly event in Somanya.
Also performing at the concert are Kwaku Origin, Hardcore Original, Minazy Yaazo, Sly Tee, Razak Malaika, Don Brainy, Pordor Kake, Nayo, Ajay Blinks and Mamle Diamond
Korle is known for songs such as ‘Wa Ma’, ‘Krobo Rap King’, ‘Dollar First’, and ‘Dede’.
