The high-impact lab, scheduled for August 20 to 22, 2025, will offer an immense experience, particularly for first-time CFOs.
Participants will be able to craft their 180-day plan, align their strategies with the CEO’s agenda, and sharpen their strategic priorities.
They will also learn how to build confidence in their teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and effectively manage time, talent, and relationships.

“At Deloitte, we are noted for bespoke offerings, and we deliver them with excellence, in a transformational and captivating manner. CEOs, CFOs, and all professionals can count on us for an exhilarating experience,” Dr. Situ added.
The three-day programme is a tailored session with expert facilitation by Deloitte leaders, offering actionable insights, frameworks, and tools. Each CFO will have an exclusively branded space to ensure confidentiality
