Member of Parliament for Evalue-Ajomoro-Gwira constituency in the Western region, Kofi Arko Nokoe, has commissioned the Apataim Clinic, bringing to completion a healthcare project that had been ongoing for 11 years.
The facility was commissioned on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, in the presence of the Municipal Chief Executive, Herbert Kuah Dickson, as well as chiefs and elders of Apataim.
The clinic is expected to improve access to healthcare for residents of Apataim and surrounding communities.
Sharing the development on Facebook, Kofi Arko Nokoe said he was particularly pleased to see the long-awaited project completed under his leadership.
“My greatest joy was seeing this long-awaited project, which began eleven years ago, finally completed and commissioned under my leadership,” he said.
The MP said the facility would serve the healthcare needs of the people of Apataim and neighbouring communities, describing its completion as an important milestone in efforts to improve access to essential services in the area.
