The Ghana Police Service has arrested Nana Amo Abraham for allegedly assaulting his 20-year-old daughter in Twifo Praso, Central Region.
According to police investigations, the suspect physically attacked his daughter following a disagreement, leaving her with severe injuries.
Nana Amo Abraham is currently in police custody, assisting with investigations and is expected to be arraigned before court soon.
In the meantime, the police have arranged for the victim to receive further medical care at the Police Hospital in Accra.
