Former Black Galaxies head coach, Annor Walker, will be laid to rest early next year, his family has announced.
The ex-Great Olympics and Berekum Chelsea trainer passed on at the age of 65.
A funeral poster released by the family indicates that no wake-keeping will be held.
Instead, family gathering will take place on Thursday, 23 January 2026, at Aklama Wem, Lower Town, Prampram.
On Friday, 24 January 2026, filing past will be held at the Apostolic Church, Prampram, from 6:00 am to 8:00 am, followed by a burial service at 8:00 am at the same venue. Interment will take place at the Prampram Cemetery at 11:00 am.

Final funeral rites are scheduled for 1:00 pm at Prampram Mandela Park.
A thanksgiving service will be held on Sunday, 25 January 2026, at the Apostolic Church, Prampram Central Assembly.
Annor Walker, popularly known as Coach Walker, was a respected figure in Ghanaian football, having coached clubs including Great Olympics and Berekum Chelsea, and also served as head coach of the Black Galaxies, Ghana’s home-based national team.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and an extended family. The family has invited friends, colleagues, and sympathisers to attend the funeral ceremonies.
