Actor and broadcaster Nana Gyasi Owusu, popularly known as 'NGO,' has been called to the bar.
He was among the students called after successful completion of legal education in March 2026.
The actor rose to fame for his role as a lawyer in the satirical comedy series, “Kejetia Vs Makola." He also worked as a broadcaster with Luv FM in Kumasi, hosting a variety of radio shows.
In 2025, Nana Gyasi Owusu picked up Best Lead Actor in the comedy/drama series at the Ghana Movie Awards for his role in the ‘Kejetia vs Makola’ series.
It was the actor’s second win for the role. In 2019, he won best supporting actor for the same TV drama.
