Global Media Alliance (GMA) Group recently took a well-deserved break from their busy schedules to bond and have fun at an unforgettable Employee’s Day at Laboma Beach, Accra.
The vibrant beachside getaway was a perfect opportunity for Happy FM, YFM, YTV, Silverbird Cinemas, eProductions, Perception Management International, and Global Media Alliance staff to relax, bond, and strengthen the team spirit that drives GMA’s success.

The day’s activities started with employees going through an array of fun activities and ensuring everyone was engaged and enjoying themselves.
DJ Nyce of YFM and OB DJ of Happy FM set the mood with lively music, enhancing the event’s relaxed and festive atmosphere.

A major highlight of the day was the series of team-building games and competitions designed to foster camaraderie and collaboration.
Employees from the different brands bonded over Beach Volleyball, Ludo, Oware, and Draft, showcasing not only their competitive spirit but also the ability to work together as a team.

The gun-shooting competition sparked laughter and cheers, with participants supporting one another and celebrating each other's efforts.

A particularly popular moment was the musical chairs game, which brought outbursts of laughter and excitement as participants navigated the playful challenge.
Team members from various brands enthusiastically cheered on their colleagues, creating a sense of friendship. It was a prime example of how shared fun can unite and energize a workforce.
Speaking at the event, the CEO of Global Media Alliance Group, Ernest Boateng encouraged employees to look out for each other and foster great partnership and team building.
“At GMA, we believe that teamwork is the foundation of our success. Today’s event is a reminder that when we take the time to bond and support one another, we not only strengthen our teams but also enhance our ability to innovate and excel.
" Let’s continue to look out for each other and foster the spirit of collaboration that drives us forward,” said Mr. Boateng.

The day concluded with a group photograph, capturing the vibrant energy of the team.
