Global Media Alliance’s commitment to building a vibrant, people-centred workplace has earned significant recognition at the 2025 HR Focus Africa Awards, where its Human Resources Team stood out among 252 competing organisations.
The team secured 2nd Place in HR Management – Best Organisation in Media and Advertising and placed Top 4 in Rewards Management, reinforcing GMA’s growing strength in people and culture leadership.
The achievement reflects the deliberate work GMA has invested in strengthening its internal culture, from modernising HR processes, improving employee engagement and supporting talent development, to fostering a collaborative environment that powers the organisation’s media, creative, events and digital units.
Sharing her excitement, Head of HR, Fafa Gbeho, expressed appreciation on behalf of the team.

“This is not a recognition for just the HR Team. It is a recognition for the management and all staff of Global Media Alliance because we all come together to make the people and culture function come to life.
