Hearts of Oak midfielder, Salim Adams, has left the shores of Ghana to sign for US-based side FC Cincinnati.
The youngster was a subject of interest from the US side last year with a move agreed but paper works and work permit issues meant that the player could not join the club.
The enterprising midfielder was expected to spend the 2022 MLS season with the club after a season-long loan deal was reached.
However, the player will now have his opportunities as he has flown out of Ghana to complete the deal and begin his career with the US-based team.
Adams joins FCC 2 as a result of the connections established between Accra Hearts of Oak, TSG Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga, and FC Cincinnati.
